I have given a Letter of Authority to my brother-in-law (Mr. BABU ROY KARMAKAR) to accept any Regd. Letters / Parcels etc. in my absence. It is very surprising to know that Post Master, Narendrapur, Kolkata-700103 refused to issue a Regd. Letter arrived in my name to my brother-in-law as mentioned above inspite of showing the said Lt. of Authority. This type of harassment is also one kind of corruption.
Hope administration would be kind enough to look into the matter and solve the problem.
