[Resolved]  Registered Letter — Letter not received by addressee

I sent a registered letter to USA the receipt number is - RT[protected]IN. I sent the letter by Indian postal service in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu. I traced the letter till Chennai and it was shipped on 2nd January 2012. The adressee in USA has not received the letter till now. Please do the needful and inform me.
