[Resolved]  Reliance 3G Net connect — wrong information on data usage

Am using reliance net connect from the past six months. I have taken the 3g plan under which according to reliance i will get 7mbps speed with unlimited downloading but the speed will cut to 26kbps after 5GB data has been consumed. I accepted this an took the device but from the past six months what am facing is a terrible experience with this device. I only get to use this device for the first ten days of every month with normal speed and then for the rest of the month i only get 1kbps speed. When i asked the costumer care they told me that i have used all my 5GB data and now you will get the normal speed next month only but when i see my data usage myself it was only 2GB. I mean this is happening every month and reliance don't know what is going on. They are just making a fool out o[censored]s by charging us for the device(Rs1200) plus rent(Rs800) plus no 5GB data. Reliance net connect had charged me around Rs6000 (for six months) without giving me any proper service. Please do some action on it they are not even attending us properly.

Reliance 3G Net — No net connection yet

We have purchased Reliance 3G net connection from Mr Anis before 1 month on the name of Anant IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Their person came for verification and after our contact, they told that the verification has failed and we have to purchase another connection. There was nothing wrong in verification & we already had provided all required documents to them, the silly reason they gave us for failed verification is the compplex where our office is, has more than one offices working there. Still to avoid inconvenience to us we requested Mr Anis to get us new connection and he took another set of documents & all from us to shift old connection to new one. Now after about 3 weeks from all this, we still have not got any net connection from them & not getting any proper response from Mr Anis & his so called senior Mr Shailesh. They only continue to postpone the processing of connection till next week.
We got Mr Anis phone number [protected] over internet while searching for contact to get reliance connection, later on he talked with us from phone number [protected]. But now we are afraid whether all this is a fraud and we have lost our money and got all this left only with us.

Can anyone help us to get the matter resolved please?
