[Resolved]  Reliance Cash Flow Plan — MISGUIDE BY COMPANY CLIENT

Sir,

I wish to inform you that I attend your company Marketing Meeting at JODHPUR on 10.11.2010 Your company clients are MR.PREM PRAKASH PUNIA and Miss. Vijita Prajapat. They show our plan of 11.50 % P.A guaranteed return on policy. But when I receive the Policy that is CASH FLOW PLAN and in this plan there is no such assurance. So i want to told you that they misguide us and give us wrong plan and waste our time. After receiving this policy they told us that this is mistake by RELIANCE office, they give you other policy. But when i contact at our company CUSTOMER CARE centre they give us information that there is no such type of plan in which 11.50 % return is guaranteed. So kindly take disciplinary action against them and give us reply about this.
