[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA Postpaid connection — outgoing call barred without vaild reason

Dear Sir/Madam,
My postpaid no. [protected] and this no. is using by my son and I have plan on my connection presently is monthly rental 198 and I have also plan Rs. 149 according to this I have facility for free calling on RELIANCE GSM (SMART) and RELIANCE CDMA and RELIANCE LANDLINE and I conform that facility is activated on my no. from your Customer care. I activated this plan from 19/08/09 at 12 AM.
my previous plan is monthly rental 198 (SOHA PLAN) and 99 and according to this plan I have also facility to free call on any RELIANCE GSM(SMART) and RELIANCE CDMA and RELIANCE LANDLINE and I switch over this plan to present plan on 18/08/09 my reference no. for that switch over is[protected] and[protected] after that switch over I get few message that my billing is crossing my credit limit when I inquire about that, than I found that in my billing calling on smart is also charging while I have facility to call free on Smart nos., I talked about this matter from your MUMBAI office there Mr. AMIT told me that this will be adjusted in your bill and when I said that this type of counting will affect my credit limit and may be I faced problem of outgoing barred than he assured me you will never faced this problem and as on 19/08/09 my outgoing call is barred so please start my outgoing call and rectified my BILL please reply soon.
