On date 26th july a caller tune was subscribed to my mobile # [protected] without any request for subscription by SMS or by any other means. On enquiry caller tune was un subcribed with assurence to pay back my money i.e. thirty ( Rs. 30/-) rupees. But after several calls they are repeatedy saying that money with will be transferred very soon but after tey have not trasferred balance (Rs.30/-) to my account of pre paid connection. It very painfull & very shamefull practice being made by this service provider. kIndly lookin this matter so that these wrong practices could be stopped.

my mobile number is[protected], i haven't subscribed for any caller tune, but for a period of 10 days an amount of rs.10 is getting deducted from my mobile in the name of caller tune activation. when i sent a msg to 51234 for unsuscribing from the caller tune service a message been sent to me saying that no default is configured to my mobile. please look in to this matter.
