Dear Sir, I have a purchase a Reliance Mobile Classic Model no 732 and it has purchase dated is 20.12.08 from Singla Communication, Add. Village Faridpur, Post office Kabri, Disstt. Panipat - 132103 Haryana Mobile No.[protected],[protected],[protected] Mobile : Reliance 732 IMEL : HSL002111ZZZZ RSN : RL0HSC[protected] S/N. : LJ2282J14989 Me Cell has some problem that it not charging and not working properly some time restart and hanging and many more problem in my cell no. My cell is under warranty but the dealer is say that go to the Service Center after i am go the Service Center say that it warranty has been expire after that i go the dealer he don't give me any kind of help. my classic mobile handset model no-732.from last three months i getting some problem inside.
for solution i contact reliance customer care, they given me some address in chennai, one in
egmore and 2nd is in anna nagar chennai.but both the service centers are stop.now i am waiting
for the help.
so, please give me the proper solution for my problem.
