i have bought coolpads100 today from relience web word jagatpuri delhi and told me this the latest and very handy model and they haven't told me all the feature like bluetooth especially. when i tried to install the cd for pc suite one file called coolpadusb.inf is not available. i tried to search that file from net also but could not find. the file is not even available on the company website and even with relience. the bad this is that with the seller is that after my asking also he told me this is not chinese phone--its aproximate 3 hr. i am searching for the file on net but when i could not get it here and after calling customer care when i told them about thye model no. person on the otherside sys i m not aware abt ay model of relience like that he doesn't have data avable for the model. its showing the quality of service which relience is giving to its customers. i m the customer of relience since 2006 when dhirubhai pineoor offer came even the bill which i got is a a4 pain paper printed and no infomation of webword, no telephone no. i am request you to please make ur product and employee efficient so that the credibility which relience is having will not down thanks. i want to return this phone back to webword and wants to buy co. product. please help.
