i have bought coolpads100 today from relience web word jagatpuri delhi and told me this the latest and very handy model and they haven't told me all the feature like bluetooth especially. when i tried to install the cd for pc suite one file called coolpadusb.inf is not available. i tried to search that file from net also but could not find. the file is not even available on the company website and even with relience. the bad this is...

no support either from the device or from the company
I have posted already a complaint. I am lawyer by profession and I just need all the customers who have complaints in coolpad handset to send xerox of invoice and nature of complaint with any proof for the same. I would like give a representation to the company on behalf of all the customers who had purchased the cool pad sets(all models) particularly s100. mail to me [protected]@yahoo.com, or www.surelaw.wordpress.com. May be this is the reason...

no customer support/ not updated/
I have bought very recently reliance coolpad s100. Infact the webworld informed me that they launched on the day I bought. The problems i face are many. First is the letters are very small. Could not download the numbers to phone. The webworld could not help me. I will be useful if the reliance/coolpad exchanges this mobile with some other model i dont mind if going for higher end model. Since the webworld informed me that nokia/blackberry...
