[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Delivery Delay and Bad Customer Service

I bought a refrigerator and LED from Reliance digital at Inorbit mall in Hyderabad. They promised the delivery within 24 hours, if there is some delay, definitely within 48 hours. I have been calling at their store number to check the delivery status and they keep on saying that we will call you back in 10 min but they never call back. Since morning I have already called them 5 times but still the same response that they will call me back in 10 min. Most of the times, some lady picks up the call and it looks like she has crammed the same response for all customers "We will call you back in 10 minutes" . Very unsatisfactory, unreliable and inconvenient customer service from this store. I already had very bad experience with Samsung plaza at Madhapur, so decided to try out Reliance Digital but they turned out worse. At the time of selling the product they make false delivery promises and when its time for delivery they turn their back to the customers. What can be done for such irresponsible attitude by such stores?

Ok so the torture just didnt stop here. Last night I finally managed to get hold of another phone number for reliance digital as the one they provided us at the time of purchase was not reachable for the entire day (may be they just do this deliberately to avoid the tortured customers). A lady picked up the call and I again explained her my whole saga. She said my products are in transit and gave me a some guy Ravinder's number saying that he is a driver of the van who will be delivering my products. I called up that guy and he said he speaks only Telugu (which unfortunately I cant speak), it was hard to explain to him what I was trying to say, he said whats ur address and I gave my address description to him, he said he will be thr in 40 min. He didnt show up for another 1 hr, I tried to call him again and he again asked me stupid questions as to what products are to be delivered and what is my address and again asked for directions etc. and then he said he will be thr in 1 hr (this happened at 9 PM) . I waited till 11:00 PM in the night but he never turned up neither did he call back. Then I realized it was just a way to fool the customers and distract them so that we wont call the store any more for checking the delivery status. In reality, there was no driver who was carrying our products for delivery and he was never on his way to my home. Such a cruel way of dealing with the customers. Since this morning, I have been trying to reach all their contact numbers and strangely all 3 numbers I have are continuously busy. To add to the frustration, I have been getting calls from LG (for regrigerator) and Samsung (for TV) customer service asking me when they can come to do the installation and demo. I told them, how can you install and demonstrate when I have not yet received the products. Now I am planning to go to the reliance digital store to talk to them in person though I have no hopes for a satisfactory response. Each dealer is worse than the other. What to do?

I am also facing same problem from Reliance Digital, Shivam Road, Vidyanagar store (I purchased LG washing machine on 5th October 2021, still (12th October) the product not delivered.
I have purchased 3 a/c’s on March 23rd 2022 from online and till now there is no delivery.. the delivery was promised on 24th and till now there is no call .. neither the tracking on the website shows anything..
such a big name but unreliable services .:
I purchased AC on 3rd April, the delivery was promised within 24 hours and free installation in the next 24 hours! It is 7th April today and no response from Reliance store. Such poor service from reliance is really unacceptable. The same happened when I purchased TV from Reliance store. After such horrible experience I’m never gonna go back to this store

I went to store on 6 th April 2022 again after 4 days the manager is saying the product Bluestar AC is out of stock.
Altleast after billing they have to inform or the next day they never called me .

Saying that warehouse people have to take care it's not my responce for the delivery

The store people have to verify if any delay they have to inform customer bad response from the manager.
I purchased a mobile phone via reliance digital website on 23rd Jan 2023(Monday), estimated time of delivery while making payment was 27th Jan 2023(Friday). On 27th I received an SMS following an email informing me that I will get my phone on 30th Jan 2023(Monday). After that I call Reliance Digital Customer Care: [protected], they assured me that they have raised the complaint and will try to resolve the issue asap.
Still waiting for my phone.
