I ordered boat rockerz 450 pro and boat airdopes 131 from your website but my money was deducted and i cannot see my orders in the orders section. I ordered them at 6:45 pm and i have even mailed you. Please reach me at the earliest or refund my money (3098/-)

    I have purchased boat rockerzs 550 from the official boat website without login it deducted an amount of 1799 and it is showing no products. So I want a refund of 1799 . Its been 6 days I have also mailed gokwik and boat but no sign of refund.

      My boat product is boat airbuds 121v2.it is in the warranty period so there was a problem in one piece but it was not damaged that i am sure.i have given product on boat warranty replacement on 16 august and after 3 days they told me that my claim is rejected due to damage.it is against good company policy so kindly do look into the matter otherwise i will have to redress my grievance to other platforms....

      last 20 day's it's not any response for boat team...customers care executives only say we will check...don't know how's it's check...it's worst company for Warrenty replacement...

      I ordered boat rockerz 330 anc neck band on 9th august - order ID : 2569650, and mobile number [protected], but the web site still show activity as packed there is no further details, and the shipment company show order is under processing - AWB Assigned. I can't even contact any customer service to know the delivery date. Flipkart would have been better as it would have delivered in just 2 days. Please allow us to cancel the order. Or deliver...

      I had ordered boat smart watch but it has not been delivered to me since 1 month and I haven't received any update regarding it
      The customer care is not giving proper response.

      I have ordered boat airdopes 131 pro for which I received a e-mail for delivery on 15th august'2022 but I have not received any delivery for the same for which I am trying to contact boat and courier team but they are refusing to take any responsibility for the same....

      I paid 1399 rupees for 121 pro earpods on last Saturday ( 13 August 2022) from my phone pe to Imagine marketing India pvt Ltd. But I haven't recieved any order id or confirmation message from boat untill now.
      Who take response to my money?
      I need money or earphone.
      Please, take immediate action.

        I haven't received my refund till now. The CUSTOMER care support team doesn't know a ### on how to handle the CUSTOMERs. Till now they haven't responded back to the tickets that I have raised. Every time they mention they will get back to me within 48 hours and nothing happens. I want my money back asap....

            I’ve paid for boAt Airdopes 131 - Iron Man Marvel Edition - Iron Blood upfront on 16th August. The money has been deducted from my Gpay account but I still haven’t received a confirmation of the order / order ID yet. I haven’t received an email regarding the confirmation of my order. I’ve received a notification on WhatsApp but it shows that I haven’t paid for it. I urge you to kindly look into this matter. Please look at the screenshots....

                I have done an order, payment was successful and money was also debited but there was no any confirmation message, it has been more than a week no initiative taken by company. It has told to reorder again kindly take necessary action....

                I purchased boat 175 airdopes on 2/07/2022 but from past 2 days sound is not coming from it's left side earbud.touch is working but no sound coming. I also tried to clean the bud mesh with earbud but still not working kindly replace it. I am having warranty card too.

                  I am Aman Sharma, i have ordered on 6 of July 2022 but till now i didn't receive my product. My order id is 2342238 . i have already paid for that . I have called boat coustomer helpline number 12 to 15 time and they only say the same thing that we are raising your quarry in emergency basis and it will be resolved within next 24 hours
                  I have mailed many times about this but till now nothing happened....
