The Boat team has rejected my claim because of ear net damaged. The product wasn't damaged when I gave it to the delivery partner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product in return (which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment center). Please, I can't afford a new one. But upon by several efforts they are not working properly, I have found that the replaced product is a spoilt one. I bought Bluetooth boat air dopes atom 81 white pearl on 23 April 2023 and within 2 months the earbuds stopped working then I claimed for warranty and replaced by boat after 2 months then again same issue both earbuds not working.
pls try to replace my product as soon as possible.

I purchased a new Boat Airdopes 161 (USN No. XWZJ7380053, Part No.[protected], HSN code[protected] on 15 May 2023. In October, it stopped working on its own and I did not drop it or there hasn't been any case of rough use.
