Almost gave up on my headphones but

I bought Boat Rockerz 650 Pro especially for the dolby experience. It worked well for about 6 months but recently the sound on one side started cracking and I thought it was gone. I stopped using it for a while and went to the service centre in Lajpat Nagar to get it checked. The person there tested it, did a few basic fixes, and asked me to charge it fully once. After that, it surprisingly started working again. No idea what the actual problem...

Thought replacement will take long, but it didnt

We got the boAt Aavante Bar 3200D and the soundbar was working fine, but the remote suddenly stopped responding. I even changed the battery thinking woh problem hoga, but still nothing worked. After waiting two days, I finally mailed them. I had seen comments saying replacements take long, so thoda tension tha. But my claim got approved in 2 days and they replaced the remote within a week. They handled it well for me....

I received brand-new replacement

I had a battery drain problem in my boAt Storm RTL Watch. Warranty claim karne ke liye I mailed them, and they asked for a small clip to verify the issue. I just recorded how the battery was dropping super fast even when I wasn’t using anything heavy. Next day hi confirmation mail aa gaya. Within 10 days, I got a new replacement with the same colour strap. I had heard ki logon ko refurbished watch milti hai, but mine was totally brand new....

Had a charging issue with my earbud

I got the boat Airdopes Plus 311 from their official site back in March. Everything was fine for a few months and then the right earbud suddenly stopped charging. Noise cancellation was inconsistent

Claimed warranty for my earphones

My boAt headphones started giving mic issues after a few months. People on calls kept saying my voice was too low or breaking, and I thought the product had glitch. My smartwatch heart rate sensor was showing wrong readings at first.

I ordered boAt Lunar Vista from boAt official website last year. I liked it lookwise and features were also nice. But its heart rate sensor seemed faulty when I used it during my workout. The readings were not correct, sometimes it was showing 50, sometimes even less. I even compared them with my brother’s watch to be sure and my watch had some visible issues.

Tried online warranty claim and it surprisingly worked

BoAt eardopes plus 311

I have bought boAt 2025 launch Airdops plus 311 through amazon on 2 september and it was delivered on 5 september. Those were working fine two weeks but after that left piece of airpods stopped working. I have tried everything to make them work but it is still not working. I want boAt company to replace them as soon as possible or fix them. From amazon it was sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd. The problem is for both airpods not one....

Bass headset 100 black left headset stopped working, product bought on 22nd May 2025, logged a complaint on 12th Aug to claim warranty upon ticket id[protected]. It got closed based on a false statement that there was a invoice date mismatch, clarified with the customer support team found it was their system glitch and they will resolve it in 24-48hours however it has been more than 10days and no call received from the escalation team, Have been following up with them and every time I am asked to wait for 24-48hours. I have also highlighted about their pathetic customer service support on social media but no response received.

    One day, I randomly compared the SpO2 readings on my Valour smartwatch with my oximeter and they did not match. I was disappointed as I thought I could rely on this so I raised a complaint and the customer team followed up with a firmware update.

    Fortunately, post-update, the readings are consistent and accurate. The team also informed me that the product has lab tests certifications now so no need to worry. Just keep updating and follow the setup properly.

      My package arrived without the charging cable inside. I was pretty annoyed and contacted their customer support to check if anything could be done. And they did. I sent them a picture with the order details, and they quickly handled the mistake. The missing cable was sent to me without any extra charges. This is the first time I saw a brand actually helping and not making excuses.
      At first, my impatience made me think it would go nowhere, but thankfully, the issue was sorted properly and on time.

        Delivery was missed but they sent it again safely

        My earphones were showing as delivered but I did not receive anything. I got worried and contacted the customer support. It took time to reach them but they tracked it and arranged a delivery again.
