Boat service centre experience

I bought boat rockerz 400 from Amazon. 3 months later the right side speaker made weird sound. I registered warranty online but they asked to visit nearest service center. I thought they will reject it giving reasons but guy checked and said “manufacturing defect” so replaced whole piece. New unit working fine. Process was faster than expected....

bad product - horrible support

Most importantly, the company doesn't believe in getting contacted by customer. in every support links they have deployed BOTs. Whether it is chat or phone.

Even their Grievance email grievance.[protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com is not working.

I understand Low Price = Low quality. But throwing customer off the cliff after they purchase a product is completely different strategy. It will not work for long term....

Subwoofer stopped working after 6 months

Slightly damaged box but product came intact

The outer box of my boat Aavante Bar 3200D was slightly crushed from one side and I freaked out. But andar soundbar properly packed tha with everything sealed and intact. It connected immediately and worked from day one. Good thing is at least packaging strong....

One earbud keeps disconnecting during calls

My boat Airdopes Plus 311 one side would randomly disconnect in the middle of calls. It was quite annoying because I use them for work. I thought kharab ho gaya and prepared myself for a complaint. Earbuds were not syncing properly

I bought boat immortal 121 earbuds for gaming. For first few months it was perfect -low latency, great sound. Then left side stopped syncing one day. I messaged them nd they shared some reset instructions and a troubleshooting link. Tried it, and surprisingly it worked. I was thinking of returning it but issue got solved easily....

Audio lag problem after 1 year

I noticed a small delay in audio while watching videos on my Boat Rockerz 551 ANC. I was using it for almost 1 year without any trouble, so I thought there was some internal issue. I contacted support just to check, and they asked me to update the firmware once. After doing that, the lag disappeared completely. Didnt expect support for an out-of-warranty headphone

Almost gave up on my headphones but

I bought Boat Rockerz 650 Pro especially for the dolby experience. It worked well for about 6 months but recently the sound on one side started cracking and I thought it was gone. I stopped using it for a while and went to the service centre in Lajpat Nagar to get it checked. The person there tested it, did a few basic fixes, and asked me to charge it fully once. Thought replacement will take long, but it didnt

We got the boAt Aavante Bar 3200D and the soundbar was working fine, but the remote suddenly stopped responding. I even changed the battery thinking woh problem hoga, but still nothing worked. After waiting two days, I finally mailed them. I had seen comments saying replacements take long, so thoda tension tha. But my claim got approved in 2 days and they replaced the remote within a week. They handled it well for me....

I received brand-new replacement

I had a battery drain problem in my boAt Storm RTL Watch. Warranty claim karne ke liye I mailed them, and they asked for a small clip to verify the issue. I just recorded how the battery was dropping super fast even when I wasn’t using anything heavy. Next day hi confirmation mail aa gaya. Within 10 days, I got a new replacement with the same colour strap. I had heard ki logon ko refurbished watch milti hai, but mine was totally brand new....

Had a charging issue with my earbud

Noise cancellation was inconsistent

Couldnt hear calls on my smartwatch, now its working fine
