[Resolved]  Reliance Enterprises Limited — A mukesh ambani group company

This is to inform you that i am holding 3 nos. Fully paid-up shares of m/s. Reliance enterprises limited along with 46 shares of the same company partly paid-up. The company if a promoter group company, related to mr. Mukesh ambani, chairman, reliance industries limited.

Through you today’s communication, a ucp, i have come to know that the company m/s. Reliance enterprises limited is going to be amalgamated with m/s. Farm enterprises limited and the shareholders of the erstwhile reliance enterprises limited will be entitled for equal nos. Of “a” or “b” category of preference shares.

Although the company has got approvals of the honorable mumbai & delhi high courts for such mergers, please explain me was the company not required to get shareholders’ approval before doing any such act. Or the reputed company like reliance has done the same thing, which others do. Are you going to write-off rs. 190/- per share premium collected from a number of shareholders by doing all such malpractices? Who are the directors of the new company and what are the assets and liabilities of the new company.

Further, since long i have not been receiving the annual reports of m/s. Reliance enterprises limited what to say of m/s. Farm enterprises limited.

Please revert back immediately with all details of the new merger scheme being thrown on the face of small individual investors, the new structure, the orders of the honorable high courts.
