[Resolved] Reliance Growth Fund — MY CHEQUE FOR RS.65000 LYING UNCLEARED BY RELIANCE MUTUAL FUND | |||
Folio No.[protected] i had redeemed my units and reliance had despatched the cheque of rs. 64000 in the month of June. since our building is gone for redevelopment, the cheque was returned in june and till date it is lying with reliance. Even when i am writing this email on september 30 - a 3 months later, the cheque is not with me. They kept the cheque with them cause my bank account Shamrao is not registered with Reliance. At least they should have sent me an email and at least informed my agent Bluechip, thru whom i invested. But one fine day after 2 months when i realised that i have not received this big amount, i checked with my agent who said that the amount will come straight into my bank. So i filled all the pass books and to my surprise, when i informed Reliance on their helpline number they say that for 2 months the cheque is lying with them. Now i have asked for giving my units back, and its taking another 2 months for their reply. with this note, may i request RELIANCE TO REFUND MY UNITS AS IT IS SINCE THE REASON FOR WHICH I REDEEMED THE UNITS IS SOLVED Was this information helpful? | |||
