RELIANCE GSM PREPAID SHIM — Termination of sim without any intimation after continuous for 25 days

, i am agree that sim was used after 08 Feb 2012 but on arrival from mumbai on 02 Oct 2012 the sim was in active condition after 09 months also and then i got it recharge for rs 150/- on 03 Oct 2012, still rs 79/- is balanced before termination of sim, can they refund same amount to my other sim ( [protected]) being used at mumbai

pl take necessary action to resolve this problem

refer to my previous messages , still awaiting for reply since 29 Oct 2012, now i bound to use roaming number only

I am holding reliance GSM prepaid sim [protected] since 2009/10, purchased from shripuram near Navy House & Governor House Vishakhapatnam ( A. P.), and then since now i am using the same when ever i have been in A. P. more than 250 days during 06 trips from Mumbai and same was recharged with rs 150/- on 03 Oct 2012 also rs 79/- was balanced before termination of the sim without any intimation after continuous was use for 25 days

now since 26 Oct 2012 shim has been blocked or there is no network, and same has been complaint at 12130 hrs on 27 Oct 2012 also visited to reliance store on 30 Oct 2012 as suggested by mr. Sandeep kumar while complaining on 29 Oct 2012.

pl take necessary action to resolve this problem
