[Resolved] Reliance GSM SIM-prepaid — Suspension of services | |
The sim no[protected]batch no 32911) of the above numbered telephone no was purchased from m/s Narayan Telecom, Kasba market, Kolkata-700042 on 06/07/09.The cost of the sim was Rs.111/-. The connection was provided with in the evening of the same day followed by suspension of services at night. Till this moment services have not been resumed despite several follow ups with the said dealer who has expressed his helplessness. May I please know the reason of my harrassment for no fault of mine except for my decision to be a customer of Reliance mobile/ GSM service. Was this information helpful? | |

This is saravana, i purchased one gsm sim in two months before at ernakulam, cochin. no is [protected] its working fine last 2 month, but today(23/07/09) noon onwards the same has been rejected without doing anything. it is showing sim card rejected.
May i pls know the reason of the sim card rejection.
i ve already submited the proof and photo to respected shop.
this sim is activated by the following of the name K Vetrivel, Tamilnadu.
so pls activated the same for asap.
