i had submitt F & F Form on 3rd Mar. 2009, now this is june going on. three months is over.Request you to kindly update the status of my F & F Process.
My Reporting manager Mr. Imran ali sayyed & BDM Mr. Naveen Sharma both are not in the system.Please guide me how to solve this Problem. I have not received my jan 2009 & feb 2009 salary.

As Mr Maniesh is on leave hence I am reverting on the status.
1) Mr Sandeep Hatkar's salary processed in Jan'09 & DD received at circle for Amt: 10, 597/- Dt: 31/01/2009
2) As per his TM mr Imran Ali's conversation that his productivity was not good, aslo he was abscond & hence the DD returned to us by RLI.
3) In The month of Feb'09 we have received attendance master as Sh Sandeep hatkar has resigned.
4) Hence salary since Feb'09 has not been processed.
5) He has submitted his resignation & Mr Praveen has forwarded the same for further processing.
The DD is with Mr maniesh Zambre at circle.
Please suggest way forward.

As Mr Maniesh is on leave hence I am reverting on the status.
1) Mr Sandeep Hatkar's salary processed in Jan'09 & DD received at circle for Amt: 10, 597/- Dt: 31/01/2009
2) As per his TM mr Imran Ali's conversation that his productivity was not good, aslo he was abscond & hence the DD returned to us by RLI.
3) In The month of Feb'09 we have received attendance master as Sh Sandeep hatkar has resigned.
4) Hence salary since Feb'09 has not been processed.
5) He has submitted his resignation & Mr Praveen has forwarded the same for further processing.
The DD is with Mr maniesh Zambre at circle.
Please suggest way forward.

As Mr Maniesh is on leave hence I am reverting on the status.
1) Mr Sandeep Hatkar's salary processed in Jan'09 & DD received at circle for Amt: 10, 597/- Dt: 31/01/2009
2) As per his TM mr Imran Ali's conversation that his productivity was not good, aslo he was abscond & hence the DD returned to us by RLI.
3) In The month of Feb'09 we have received attendance master as Sh Sandeep hatkar has resigned.
4) Hence salary since Feb'09 has not been processed.
5) He has submitted his resignation & Mr Praveen has forwarded the same for further processing.
The DD is with Mr maniesh Zambre at circle.
Please suggest way forward.

Believe me things are not so topy turvy as you think. You only need to approach the
right person. I am very thankful to Mr.Vasudev & Mr. Narayan of RHRS Karnataka for the kind help
provided to help me get my pending salaries & F& F cleared including the PF which was helped by
Vikram also. Very thankful to the Top management RHR for having some good people in the system.

Last week I saw your's opening in The Times of India dated 17.06.2009.So I came there and gave the interveiw for the post of Sales Associate in your Asafali Raod banch. At the time of Interview they discused me job responsiblete so I agree but they never discused salary structure. Interview time I already told last company, I got Rs 18000/ per month and they asked what is your expected salar, So I told Rs 250000/- per annum then he (Mr ASHOKE PANDIT ) gave me jonning kit and tell me coming tuesday you will come okhla address bring with your original certificate. I thought that I selected and they will give me Rs 250000/- per annum but today when I went to venue they told me your's CTC Rs 8300/- per month. I am very upset for this mishappaning So Please consider my problem and tell me what shall I do ?
