Dear Sir,

This is Vijay ( Employe Id:[protected]. I worked as SIS-Incharge (Reliance Jewels) in Allipuram, Visakhapatnam. Actually My last working day is 10th Jan 2023. I have completed my notice period . And Pay slip also generated But Still i didn't get Full and Final Settlement amount.

And my attendance calculation date is every month 25th to 25th. As per this I am working in 16days, But in that mention 10 days Only, I didn't absent any single day also in that notice period. But it reflects 1day absent. Already i discussed about this issue with hr. But, still i didn't get any positive response from hr. Please release my F and F Settlement amount asap.Thank you.

My name is Gopal ji nigam & my PF account number is MH/VASHI/118056/14862.I worked in Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd in GORAKHPUR during[protected] to[protected].After my resignation on[protected], i submitted the PF withdrawal form duly filled from my side to Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd office in LUCKNOW ( MR, Prabhanjan).They given to your Vashi PF office through Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd office in Mumbai on[protected].They given me the acknolodgment letter in which all the names of the employee who are applied for the PF withdrawal that iam attaching along with these letter.After this I regularly visit the EPFO portal in which i can see the PF status, every time I get only one msg is that your PF withdrawal application is not with us and I also try to contact you through Phone but nobody is responding including your PRO and I done it through your mail also but no response from your part .On[protected] finally I get chance to talk to one of your officer.They give me a answer saying that we receive your application but we return back to your organization without saying any reasons.But Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd office in Mumbai are not accepting these, they saying that they did not receive any PF form from you.I did not know which side is wrong or right but the fact is that i am abandoning from my simplest right.I am expecting better support this time(after passing almost 9 months from my side) to give my PF amount as early.

I have applied PF for (M/S RELIANCE HR SERVICES PVT LTD) 01/12/2008 to 30/06/2012 working for this company sir. i transfer to my PF amount to my UAN also but i applied PF claim 25/01/2021 again and Rejected by field office same problem this there. My E.Code 27638035 PF Account No. MH/VASHI/118056/47189. Kindly process my PF claim as soon as possible.

I joined in rhrs pvt ltd in 15/11/2010 as an after sales executive. And resigned from job on 10/04/2012. From the first month of joining to resignation hr deducted 360 rupees for contribution of provident fund. And they intimate the pf account number : mh/vashi/118056/99825...

But now i can't access my pf account, kindly do the needful to release my pf amount.

I want justification of my termination which is sent by my reporting manager mr. Nikunj tyagi & his employe id[protected]. Dear Sir,

This with reference to the subject I would like to inform you that Mr Shrikant Lambe (Sr Associate Manager) Reliance HR Services Private Ltd. M G House, Nagpur. has visited to me on dated 21 May 2009 and talked about the product GSM Sim Card. He told me about all the tariff only but he did not tell me about the weak network in the city as well as out of Nagpur also.

For your information, I started my journey from Nagpur to Mumbai on dated 25th June 2009. I could not use same mobile and lost my so many work i.e. I could follow the person where I have to take their appointment. Also in Nagpur city, I am facing lot of problems I am not getting any network support from Reliance Co.

I tried many times to Mr Shrikant Lambe regarding the problems but every time he suggested me to talk on *222 which is very busy where we have to wait for 60-60 minutes. Many times reliance executive made me a call about the outstanding bills. That time there was one bill pending for Rs 372.00 (Bill No[protected] dated 11/06/2009) due date was 29/06/2009. They remind so many times only about the payment and the same time I requested them about the network, which I am not getting. They stopped my out going calls. They took from me Rs 370.00 and as fine (Late fee) Rs 50.00.

I want to say that if we are not paying their bill amount in time they charged late fees etc. the responsible about the service we are getting, who will bare the charges what ever we lost, and who will b I got the connection from same day I am requesting them about the network. No one of them answered me positively. And for the current bill of Rs 820.15 vide their b no[protected] dated 11/07/2009 due date was 29/07/2009. and they (Reliance) stopped my out going calls on dated 28/072009. Which i paid on 28/07/2009, Today I talked to Mr Shrikant Lambe, he is not ready to give his Seniors No etc. also he said that do what ever you can. We do not bother about such types of complaints.

Hence, I would request you to let me know what about I loosing the things due to Reliance Network. I would like to have my expanses towards Nagpur-Mumbai, and I in Nagpur city. Till today, I have lost Rs 100000.00 (Rs. One Lac) only due the network problems. Still I am in troubles.

A as heard about you that The Consumer Forum helps to the people problem getting from the companies.

Hope the forum will help me out.

In addition, their Executives appointed at their offices are not ready to take the written complaint and not to give any acknowledgement for the same.

This is Anurag Arora from Faridabad,

I have worked with reliance communication for there Broadband Business at Asaf ali road hub on the pay rolls of PAVP, which is now Reliance HR services private limited (add: 231 A okhala phase 1 new Delhi) with the Emp Code[protected].

My concern is 90 days before I have submit my Full and Final letter for the process of pending salary and other dues after resignation.

Management already holds to accept my resignation for long time with so many excuses.

I got the commitment from HR management that it will be done within next 45 to 60 days, but now whenever I asked about the same come it know that it will take next 20 days more.

I’m not very much financially sound and holding my salary and others dues is increasing my day to day problems,

Have already escalated this concern with concern HR Mr. Deepak Sareen [protected] and Mr. Rao [protected] but no result yet.

Your help is required to resolve my concern.

(add:231 A okhala phase 1 new delhi)as a Sales Associate frm 14th of jan 2008to 15th of feb 2008(1 month only) my gross salary was 6500 after diduction of PF and ESIC etc. after passing one month my senior were mentally assault me thatswhy i regined to my job and ask for the salary of one month but they refuse to do that....
