Dear sir my emp code was VAPS 11113437 i have applied for pf but could not get any responce since one year kidly tell me status of my pf.

My name is Savneet Kumar Sharma and my PF No. is MH/15544/13744
I have submited my pf form on Dated 31 July 2009 but till date i
haven, t received any confirmation . I recevied a letter from pf office bandra
which state that Check no. and amt given .
(Form 19 Claim settled vide Chq.no. 872062 dated[protected] for Rs.10458/-, drawn on PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, SHAHPUR A/c no. [protected])
but till date i didn't receive any amount in my account i tryed to call pf office at bandra .what they didn't give any response .plz do needful
