Unable to withdrawn or transfer my existing PF amount due to my previous employer was not updated my job details in EPFO portal. After several time visited Reliance HR Services office in Kolkata and requested to update the same but not getting any positive responses from them. Expecting your kind attention to resolve this.

I am Satyendra Kumar Singh was working in Relaince World on
RHRS payroll as a Customer Care Associate in Jail Road outlet. I left
the organisation on 16.01.2011 after a notice period. I had submitted
my all resign documents to Mr Narhari (HR) on dated 16.02.2011. But
after a long period 4 months (120 days) I have not get my full n final
sallary cheque. For the same issue, I met you on dated 16. June.
2011. As per organisation, my salary cheque was already sent to
me by speed post but not delivered. I am facing lots of problem all these
happening with me without relieving letter I am not able to join any other
organisation. Please dot the needful asap. Iwill be thankful to you.

I am Madhukar Lal Srivastava. My EMP Code is 44475. I am join to RHRS pvt.ltd. 28 Dec. 2010. Mai daily office time to time jata tha. But 27 Jan.2011 Ko bina koi Information ke terminate kar diya. Mere ASM Amit Pathaniya Hai. Mere samne hi 3 ladko ko nikal diya gaya.

Meri mistake bus yhi thi ki mai. 26,27 Jan.2011 ko office nahi gaya tha. Par apne team leader ko inform kar diya tha. Because I am in fever. Jaise hi mai 28 jan.2011ko office gaya. pata chala ki Mujhe terminate kar diya gaya hai. phir bhi mai office jata raha.14 Janaury2011 tak Mai office gaya. Mujhse kaha gaya.ki Tumhe active kar denge phir bhi nhi kiya. ab apni salary mang rha hu. to bahane bana rahe hai.

Agar acitive nahi kar sakte to koi bat nahi Meri Salary bhej dijiye Jitne din Mai kam kiya hu....

I have resigned from Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd. in Month of June 08, 2009. I had submitted my PF withdrawal form in the company after 60 days (as per norms) i.e. in the month of August 2009, at HR department, but till date I have not received my fund. I want to know that what is the cause of delay at PF office because in the month of December when I spoke to HR Department, they told that my application is being processed, and they even don’t give response to my calls also.
I request the concerned authorities to do the needful and transfer my amount to my hdfc a/c which I mentioned in the PF application form.

This is to inform you that I was working with RHRS as S.E. in BB division. After completion of 6 months I was told that I have been transfered to a different project. There my senior was a lady named Ms. Sona Das. All was going well till Dec'08 when I took a seven days leave for my wife's treatment. After resuming my duties I found that things have changed, ie : an SA was always given prefernce than me by my senior though higher management was talking to me whenever needed and even solving problems talking to me directly. Looking to she ( my senior ) told me that I should not speak to any of my seniors without taking prior permision from her, even I cannot sms any of them without her knowledge. I have also seen that I was fixing up appointment with govt officials but at the time of meeting I was excluded and the SA ws included and this is not because of competability but for personal relation. On 18th of FEb'09 I had a attack of perenal abcess and was on bed as per doctors advice. All of a sudden she took all documents from me on 25th of Feb'09 and told me take rest at home. Then I found that she has been blaming me of several issues and have also withheld my salary for the period of 16th Jan'09 to 15th Feb'09. I dont understand why the authority has kept such human beings in office to deprive good people. Please courrier my salary cheque to my residence. I will be obliged.
