Reliance mobile are mobile phone I had made the top up of Rs 799 for all India free for any reliance mobile phone. still reliance had cut call charges when i call on any reliance mobile number across India, I think TRI should stop reliance mobile service.

MY mo. no. is [protected].I want to draw your kind attention that from April 28, 2009 there was deduction in my account balance and it becomes minus 19.80Rs. Company is sending match results of IPL matches which i had not demanded.When i ask from customer care they say that i have activated the pack but i have not activated it. I make a complain and they said ok we will deactivate it but can't refund the money (complain no.[protected] .From 7th may hen i was calling them they do not attend my call and if attend say that we can't do anything.Earlier also such type of thing happened.

Dear Sir,
I have using Reliance RIM Prepaid No.[protected] and last two months my balance cutting without any call or SMS send by me.
Please check and stop balance cutting.

Reliance Mobile — UNREASONABLE BALANCE DEDUCTION

MY BALNCE WAS DEDUCTED ON 06/03/2011. I CALLED ON 198, THEY TOLD ME THAT A CALLER TUNE SERVICE WAS ACTIVATED WHICH I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO. I TOLD THEM TO DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE BUT TODAY MY 30 RS ARE AGAIN DEDUCTED. REALLY FED UP

My number is [protected]. My balance was deducted from my account
balance around Rs 10. When called for complaint they replied that you
have some pack activated and this is done by sending message .
This is the second time that my balance is deducted.
I didn't send any message for activation.

I am arnab banerjee working as a software developer in bhubaneswar orissa.My parents are settled in kolkata
as a result of which i have to make frequent calls over there.My mother has a rim mobile and every month 30
rupees are being deducted without any reason.My sister calls up their customer care and the customer care says that the user has activated so and so of which we do not have any knowledge.I am at my wits end at the negligence of the reliance india mobile auth. who doesn't seem to know professional behaviour towards their customers.If the situation remains like this i am sure there will be a sharp decline of rim customers in this circle.
