THERE ARE THREE RECHARGE BY MY INTERNET BANKING ACCOUNT AND I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY RS. 100/- RECHARGE IN MY MOBILE , AFTER I COMPLINED TO CUSTOMER CARE *333 TO MISS NAINA AND SHE HAD NOT TAKEN MY COMPLAIN FOR THIS MATTER AND AFTER I AGAIN COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE MR. JIGNESH AND HE PUT ON MY CALL ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AND NO REPLY FOR IT AFTER I COMPLAIN TO NODAL OFFICER MR. SUDHIR BAHADUR FOR THIS MATTER AND HE LISTEN MY COMPLAIN AND GIVE ME AGAIN COMPLAIN REFERENCE NO.[protected]
BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM OR CALL ME FOR MY COMPLAINE
