[Resolved] Reliance Internet — disconnection of service | |||
device no [protected] netconnet+ name dilip kumar i am was using your reliance net-connect+, but every time i am receiving the bill of extra usage and when i requested to get the device disconnected i was given a request id and told that the device would be disconnected in a span of 7 days but till now this has not happened and i am still receiving the bill even though i am not using the device. the request to disconnect was given on 9th of january and its id is[protected]. Is this the way you cheat your customers and do fraud with them this has happened 2nd to 3rd time with me. First of all you customer service executives are really poor in customer service since every time i talk to them they tell me that they will check the request but no response is given after that. Is this what you call customer service?? i am really dissapointed by your executives and even your services. i am still receiving the bill without any reason and usage of the services.Hope that my problem will be taken care soon i request to close my connection and and dont send any more bills since i have not made use of the services. Reliance Internet — Not giving back the installation fee.
We paid the installation fee of Rs.560 for reliance wireless internet connection in the first week o0f January. A person came to our place and when checked found out that the signal was not available. He went back and said the money would be refunded.We called those guys and a lady by name Sonia more than 15 times, but not received any positive response. They do not give proper information and always try to hide things from us.
I am trying to call them again for the last time. Then I will search the office and take back the money the way they collect from those who dont pay the bill.
RELIANCE INTERNET — Not appearing login menu at the time of connection
I am having relience internet connection. from few days at the time of log in does not appear log in menuthats why i am unable to connect internet connection
Please look in to the matter and solve my problem

I faced very bad experience with Realiance Internet connection with USB type.
I been to Hyderabad to purchas 140 USB type connectivity to show room at Begumpet. These people are totally Mad and Innocent does not know anythign. They tell one thing and does one thing and finally Iam in loss. I purchased and I asked for unlimited plan which they told INR 800 unlimited without verifying.
They asked me to pay 1000 Rs in advance and I took on my brother son name and I came back to Bangalore. These people took 2 days but they got singed with my brother son different plan and the bill came to 1800 Rs. when I asked from here they said you only signed if you want we change plan which has 20 GB monthly downloading and 700 plan. when I paid the due amount and now again I went they told finally there is no such a plan. Now I got a waste one with me and I dont know how can I utilise.
Please be careful when You choose.
People are not competent and they tell some thing and they do some thing.

Reliance Internet — regarding USB
I have taken internet connection from reliance. I was promised with a specific speed, but iam not experiencing such speed. Now the problem is I cannot even change the service.As they are saying the USB kit which I have bought for 1600/- is non refundable.
how can the kit be nonrefundable, when it cannot be used for other services.
It is specifically made by reliance and can be used only for reliance services only.
I want my amount back so that I can take other service which provides better service, which they are not allowing to do.

hi,i rahul keswani have applied for permanently disconnect the internet service my reliance no. is [protected] and my tariff plan name is HSD-DATA and relationship no. is [protected]. i had words with u people for the same for which i paid the amount Without any usage last month but again am getting calls and bills for this months y u people don't take sincere action against my issue as u people told me after paying the amount u will disconnect the service.please do action as soon as possible.

Reliance Internet — Illegal charging for the service that i never even used
this is for all the people eho are using reliance internet. the company marketter came to my house a few months back. i subscribed to their internet services and paid him 600 rs for the same... a few days latter he came back to my house and said the connectivity wasn't available in my building so he cannot provide me the services. he promised me that my money will be returned within 15 days. But i never got the money back. instead of that i received three bills of rs 2100 each for three months. the amazing part was that it showed the time o[censored]sage also... i was shocked to see that. i am being forced to pay money for the service that was never provided to me... i waen to their office many times but got no results... SO PEOPLE BEWARE OF RELIANCE COMPANY. THEY MIGHT BE CHEATING YOU ALSO THE WAY THEY CHEATED ME...
