    Prepaid internet service is down since 11th july. no response/ no solution/ no call back received from reliance broadnet in spite of constant follow up. already paid 3 months advance money before. no time or date is been informed as cut off time to solve this issue. care less / irresponsible service. lost so much important works. lost 11 days of connectivity time.

        Internet is very very slow since 4 days which is impacting my work a lot. No actions taken even after contacting customer support several times. I am not getting the speed at all and not even able to open email. I tried the same CDMA dongle with my laptop and same situation. If there is any expected outage then why was it not informed to us prior ? so that we can may alternate arrangements to continue my work. Why should I pay you my complete monthly bill if I am not getting the promised service for more than four days (may be more depending on when they resolve my issue). I want this month bill should be waved off so that I can get alternate options with the same amount incase my problem takes more days to fix. I raised a complaint but no actions so far...complaint number[protected]

          Hi i am using reliance wi-pod connection ([protected]) for about 5 months. For the two weeks i am not getting network at all. I called customer services like 5 times in a week but no response from there side. I would like to register a complaint so that my issues will be solved hopefully.

          If the same issue is gonna continue i will terminate my connection and i dont want it.

          I am living in Thanjavur near Tamil University, Tamilnadu. In my place I receive only reliance tieup signals like Tata Docomo and Aircel. Inorder to use data pack I want to use aircel signal but I can't able to register in aircel network... Help me to resolve this problem

            to talk proper way to customer, they abused badly with ladies ( my
            family) . After that I decided to loose my money and paid
            1025/- in the month of Jan-2014, even today also some customer care

              I have been recieving emails from Reliance Communications sending Adv conciliation SMS.

              Overview:- I have applied for Reliance Broadband WiFi connection somewhere in 2006 or 2007. I paid cash to the agent who came to my home & installed that white colored box. Internet worked for fine 1 day & then it stopped working, I called back the same agent he tried everything possible & also asked me to by 1 pipe of 10 to 15 foot long. I bought that (buying + Transportation I paid). Still he couldn’t find solution. There was no connectivity. He left saying that he will check from back end. He never returned

              Then I followed with customer care, but no response even after lodging several complains. Then I managed to track their nearest physical address which customer was not ready to give. I visited their & spoke to Mr. Joshi. He was their manager I was told. He then came at my home to resolve the no connectivity problem. I took one day off from my office (loss of around 1000/-INR). He was there at my home for entire day but couldn’t find any solution & he left saying that he will get back to me. I waited for some time & followed up with them. But no positive support. I was not only frustrated because of this but also loss lot of time + money + suffered a lot of harassment from Reliance. No solution. Finally I stopped following up with them. I asked customer care to disconnect the connection – which worked only for 1 day & return me my money which I paid & also take that 10-15 foot pipe with you & give me money for that along with transportation and all. Never heard back from them. I stopped following up with them because i was tired & frustrated because of which i could not focus on my life, my job & education (I don't know any legal thing otherwise would have filled case for all this loss).

              Now after 6-7 years they are sending me SMS that too incomplete SMS. Below is the exact message I received:-
              "Kindly clear overdue Rs. 1883 Vide Ban [protected] at earliest to avoid any legal procedure. Contact [protected] for any queries."
              Nowhere they mentioned what is my name or who are they or for what they’re demanding money. I even tried calling on given number, but everytime i call it shows switch off ( you can try right now). And then their other message came that I didn’t follow up with them so be ready in pune for adv conciliations. I don’t even know meaning of it. I don’t know who is sending these messages. I searched on google & found that this could be reliance & also came to know that they are harassing lot of others. These tactics to harass me and sending legal messages. This is clear case of harassment and SMS demands me to be at Pune without any cause and reason. What should I do? Whereas they are the one who should pay me for the harassment + pipe (10-15 foot) + calls + fees that I paid + days off that I took from my office + interest, but since I don’t know legalities (legal) & also don’t have patience to get more harassed I am not doing it. Also they are big corporation so I think I will have to follow what they say.

              THen i lodged complaint with GrahakSeva.com . I got a call from Reliance Social Network team. Caller was very helpfull & she opologized on behalf of reliance & said that this is resolved & u will not get any further sms's. THen i got a new message " You failed to attend conciliation, Ban no [protected] amt. 1883,we are forced to file case before appropriate court or pay immediately # [protected]" I got really scared & tried calling that number. No solution. Number is switched off. Don't know where to go whom to contact or where & how to pay money. I called customer care, they took BAN number but said that its so old that they can't find anything in their database (Spoke to Atul). I asked to their social network team's contact number. He didn't gave me.

              I am ready to pay because i don't have any option & don't know what else to do also am afraid of court case & going to jail & serving any penalty. WHat if the court asks jailer to hang me to death for not paying to reliance. I got this email address [protected]@relianceada.com.

              I have written so far 10 to 20 emails to this email address, but no response. everytime i get their auto-reply saying that they will get back to me in 1 business day, which i am still waiting for almost a month & no reply yet.

              I mean Reliance's call-centre doesn't know anything about my connection nor they have any information about this, the number they gave in their harrasing sms's its not working , always switched off..

              I mean where should i go, or is it that i have to contact any Ambani......Reliance or Ambani's if you're reading this complaint, please give me your account number where i have to put this 1883 rupees, & i would also need a confirmation slip stating that i have cleared all the dues, cause today you sent me sms after 5-10 years, tomorrow you will send this sms to my kids & grandkids as well, who knows.......

              Please don't file any case against me, otherwise i will loose my job, i amready to pay your extortion money of rupees 1883........atleast give me some information or where to go like......please please.......

              Please help me or atleast give me your some contact number or bank account number where I can deposit this 1883 rupees which u guys are looting from me with some legal tactics....


              Seriously i will pay you this money plus some tips i[censored] give me way like where to pay this & to whom......

              I am really tired please please understand you guys are rich ambani's & it might be your idea to increase your bank balances, i have no problem, cause i don't have a choice, but atleast give some good contact where we can give u this extortion money.......please give some information (though i don't owe you any penny but that is why its called extortion money cause otherwise you will pull me to court)

              we have no Internet connection starting from 25/11/11 till today we have initially u complained to thee customer care and got complain no[protected] and ,and no one came to repair,we were repeatedly calling thee customer care and they replied they will withe in 24hours but they took no action. and suddenly 29the they told they have corrected thee line but still thee connection was not coming so we complaint them again and we got another no[protected] on 3/12/11 we got thee connection only on that day thee connection came and again it went off and till today there is no connection we got another no[protected] we are not at all happy withe the is connection and we are not getting connectivity.                     I am the net holder of reliance net serve in a month i lodge more that 5 complaint but the grievance is still pending the technician come and repair it initial stage after repairing in a half hour the dsl light disappear, repeatly i inform in the customer centre but my grievance is not solve.i am totally dissatishfy with the care of customer service if my grievance is not solve i disconnect the net service and inforn the higher authority of reliance. after lodge a compalaint the techenicial attented not in 24 hours but more than 2 to 4 days it is effected to the reputation of the company and the customer of the reliance service.

                          Since Monday August 6th, I have been receiving calls from persons claiming themselves as Delhi high court lawyers stating they are appointed by Reliance company to look into their legal cases. They are threatning me saying I haven’t cleared the dues of Reliance Net Connection which I did. I have disconnected internet in the year 2008 itself and had to fight with Reliance webworld people located at Secunderabad to collect their equipment, which they never did, so visited the reliance store on Jan 9th 2009 paid my bill gave back the equipment and got receipt too.

                          6th August:
                          First time on 6th August 1 person called and said I have legal notice pending on my name and I need to be in Delhi on 8th August to pay a fine of 25000 for not clearing the reliance net bill and when I asked for the details, he asked me to call other lawyer by name "Vikram Rathore" which I did.

                          Next when i called Vikram Rathore he said I have used internet and not paid bill, I asked him for the details he said I am yet to pay for Jan , Feb , March '09 months bill. I told him i have made the full and final payment on Jan 9th 2009 itself and I returned the equipment on that day itself and how can you charge me for 3 months when didnt have equipment itself to use it. Vikram said "I will give you simple solution sir please visit reliance web world and when you go there give me a call and I will give you a ID and then you make a payment of 1600 rupees and once you pay 1600 I will close this notice on your name saying it was generated in error and you will receive you money back in 3-4 days in the form of DD from Reliance". When I argued why should I make in the first case when i didnt use. He started threntening me saying then be ready to pay 25000 by August 8th and receive legal notice by today evening in speed post.

                          7th August:
                          I again received call from other person saying whether I have made the payment and when i again argued with them he was again threatening me with legal notice saying be ready to come to Delhi by tomorrow to pay the fine and cut the call on my face.

                          Issue- They state bill payment is due for January , February & March ’09 whereas I disconnected the internet in December 2008 and made final payment on Jan 9th 2009 itself. I made payment using my debit card which clearly states payment being made at Reliance outlet.

                          I would like to file a consumer compliant for harrassing and threatening me with legal. Does Reliance think that consumers cant file consumer case.

                          Anyone with any help would be appreciated.

                          I am thinking of Police complaint for harassment. I have been recording all the calls from Reliance and one guy even said go ahead file a complaint - then see what we will do!!!

                            If this complaint is taken in good faith, I will be contended.
                            Reliance communication should be nationalised and government should monitor the customer dealings. I had a connection several years back and had to request for discontinuation because of indiscrimnate billing insults, but in spite of discontinuing the billing and recovery by threat and coersion deploying outsourced agents continued. What ever we clear off, pops up again and again, and this milking continues. The issue was relating to no [protected]. Recently I had to pay again , to get assurance for full clearance from their system. Iam not sure this will be last!!!
                            A connection for internet [protected] , was transfered to prepaid because of same problem. Recently , because of crap service and speed , I asked of 3G connection, they wanted me to change the connection to post paid again.This change caused me no connection for over 2 weeks . Then as we went to Madras we realised there is no 3 G in Chennai. After long wait some service restored , but soon disrupted . There are outsourced agents , who has no manners and enjoys torturing the costomers. The coistomer support at Kozhikode is worst and some employees and agent to name are Sreejith, Srteednath and Vaidyanath who all enjoys waisting the valuable time of the costomers. Public needs to be cautious with this service and better to avoid deal;ing.

                            Reliance Netconnect — Third class support system

                            Guys,

                            If you are planning to take Reliance Netconnect (wireless broadband 3.1 mbps), please go back. In fact, with this kind of a service, any product from Reliance. The support system is third class with all cheap management. I have applied for Reliance Netconnect on 14th of Apr and they promised that the USB device would be delivered within one hour and the activation would be done the following day. But, from then, no one answered. I was a fool to do online payment. Even if you try to call back to the executives, you will not be able to reach. I dont know how many mobile numbers they are using. Like use and throw mobile numbers.

                            At last, when I asked them to cancel the connection, after a week, they apologized and begged to give a last chance and assured that the device would be delivered in an hour. History repeats. The device is delivered after 8 hours and activation was not done. One of the top level management guys by name Suhil PROMISED that the activation would be done immediately. That never happened. I dont know why these guys are so confused and dont concentrate on customer service.

                            If you are planning to take one, please please please go back. Do not waste your time on these stupid things.

                              Hi,

                              I would like to sent a complaint against Reliance Mobile Store , Tana
                              , Irinjalakuda, ph:[protected], mob - [protected]. The incident
                              happened at between 5.45 and 6 pm today , the 12 th Jan 2011. The
                              complaint is against your person/ employee who attended me and his
                              name is Sanoj.

                              He has given his name in writing in his own handwriting with the seal
                              of the above mentioned store which is scanned and sent to you as
                              proof. However he refused to sign below his name and mention the time
                              I met him in the paper given to me by him. ( scanned and attached )

                              The calls made by him from my mobile [protected] to 198 and * 355 is a
                              proof of my visit and conversation with him regarding my enquiry why
                              my internet connection with you is cut. No information is either sent
                              to me saying the same will be cut immediately. I had paid my latest
                              bill for 192 rupees on 3/ 01/ 2011, the receipt is already with me.

                              He insists that the company has the right to disconnect my connection
                              without prior information / intimation to me even if the latest bill
                              is already paid. I insisted that it is not fair and legal to
                              disconnect my connection as I had already paid my latest bill and my
                              new bill generated in the month of jan 2011 is yet to reach me either
                              by e mail or by post , both of which is yet to be received.
                              He vehemently denies all these and was forcing me to accept what he
                              said. He was very rude in his behaviour .

                              Waiting for your reply ( the correct address ) to sent the complaint
                              to higher authorities.

                              You can also forward the same complaint to the right authority by
                              marking a copy to me, which would be better appreciated.

                                Dear People , Stay Away from Reliance internet connection, dont even think about it , they just take the deposit , and later after few days another person comes and will say there is no access in this area , so why the hell they take money first , the thing is there is a different person for each department , and they do everything and make the customer accept the deal by showing fake facilities, they do all this just to reach their target and get the salary , and the sufferers are Us ,

                                So Stay away from Bloody Reliance , its third Class

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  My wife has requested for the set up on the Reliance broadband internet connection from the Hyderabad Panjagutta Reliance agencies. She has paid Rs.2500 for them. Later due to some problem with the set up we and the reliance agencies has mutually agreed to stop the installation. The agencies has agreed to return the money back to us. However, till now we did not get the money back. When we called them the agencies are updating that the person who took the money has resigned the job and has ran away. So they cannot give the money. Can you please help us to sort out this issue.
                                  I am not really bothered for the money but i hate being cheated by some one.

                                  Reliance Broadband Connection — Reliance representative ran away with money

                                  On 9th March 2008 i gave Rs.1000/- (One thousand only) to Mr. Chandrasekhar (Reliance Broadband Representative) for new connection. He told me i will get connection in two days time, however till date i havent got the connection. When asked him to return the money back he not doing that either. I went step ahead and spoke to his manager (Mr. Umaji)he told him about the matter and he i will get my money back by monday (24th March 2008). When i am calling him back he is not responding to my calls. Today i finally managed to get in touch with Chandrasekhar and now he say he wants another 10days times to give back my money.
                                  I have purchase Internet Device recently, But till date they have not install the same in my commputer neither Internet has been activated . Kindly look in to the matter . I have made hull payment to your shoap at Bariatu, Ranchi.

                                  I was a Reliance internet customer since the last 4 years in Feb this year the line went dead and i was told it will be working on 14th Marrch then again on 14th march they kept postponing the date . I disconnected the line and also paid the bill after being assured I will get the refund due to non working of the line once all the equipment mainly modem etc is returned.I have been following up since March and I always get the standard reply in 7 days we will solve the issue.Reliance is the worst company for after sales, just because i have dissconected the line they do not care for the customer and they keep saying they will look into the problem.When we do not pay they fine us but when they do not provide service, they not only take the payment but they also do not come to solve the problem and also do not give the refund, they are cheating people and not paying back the money even after promising to do so thats how the great Reliance Company is doing so well eating peoples money.My amount is small but every drop counts and I have told them they can keep my money if it makes them rich.

                                    RELIANCE NET — did not receive refund

                                    This is nikhil maru i had applied for the reliance net in Goregaon on 7/5/2008but due to the distance problem net facility was not available to us. But till now i have not got the refund of the application when i call the distributor{rafi}i.e in goregaon he does't reply and even the vikram mandara does not reply we call him but as he listen the name of the check he disconnect the call .They promise to give refund in 45days but now its more then 100 days we have not received the refund we had call more then 800 times to the distributer for just rs 500 so this is not the justice for us i hope you will give us justice so, plz reply after the investigation THANKYOU

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,



                                      Case History:

                                      This is NAOMASA SUGITA, I have purchased an internet connection (S No. [protected]) from Muskan Telecom, C-17, Karam Pura, New Delhi- 110015.

                                      This to inform you that my internet services for the Reliance Internet Connection has been deactivated from last 45 days(approx).

                                      I am regular contact with Reliance customer Care as well as local franchise but I have not received any proper response from either of them.

                                      I have already paid (First bill in the month of June: Amount Rs.500.00, second bill in the month of July; Rs.1750.00) without using the connection.



                                      As per the telephonic conversation with the customer care executive, another bill has been raised against above said connection.

                                      My internet connection is presently disconnected and I have been compelled to pay another Rs.1750.00 to resume the connection,



                                      There is one more problem

                                      The plan opted by me is of monthly rental Rs.1500.00 but (as per your executive) my credit limit is of Rs.500.00. Probably this is the reason for the disconnection,



                                      I am sorry to say but this time I am not going to pay even a single penny (without using your services) to resume the connection.



                                      Kindly look into this matter and resume the services within a day or two.
