Reliance IPO — reliance share not received from karvy.

I applied for 225 shares of Reliance power IPO in Jan-08 vide application no: 18191572 for rs: 25875.00

I am yet to get the allotment of shares or refund of money. I every day do enquiry at karvy office since 12th Feb, 2008 & so far spoken more than 25 persons regarding above cases but no one has resolved my case. Even customer care executives are not able to give any suitable reply.

Now I am not interested in allotment of shares and I want my hard earned money back at any cost.

Please help out.
