[Resolved]  Reliance Landline Phone — not working

Good afternoon to whom so ever might be reading this mail.

We USK ELECTRONICS of Hyderabad feel that, we are most unfortunate customer
of reliance
fixed line telephone. My telephone no. is[protected].

Since last week friday[protected]. we are not able receive the calls or make
calls due to line distrubance. please refer to my complaint no. ucs947782
complaint give on 05-09-08.

Since then I am V.Chandrashekar (Director o[censored]SK electronics) called
atleast more that 100 times. Every time when I call, your call centre
people will give a stock answer of,
(your telephone will be rectified within 48hrs.

I think for your reliance communication co. 48hrs means 10 dyas or infinite
days.

Today when I called 15mnts. before to your call centre[protected] your
call centre lady tells me the job is completed. She is not in position to
tell, who completed and when it was completed.

I am not able to understand your company (so far till last friday a reputed
co.) is engaging the low profile contractor, whom so ever it may be is not
bothered to look in to the complaint and writing in the books wrongly as
completed.

Is this the way a reputed co. like Reliance appoint the people.

Now please answer my questions.

1. When my telephone will be rectified?
2. If at all rectified will it be a permenant rectification?
3. Will you be charging the rental for faulty period also?

Please do not take easy of this mail. If i do not get reply within 6 hours.
I am forced to give all my reliance telephone problems to Press and
Electronic media.

Try to solve the problems at the earliest to Avoid further bitterness.

If you cannot solve the problem (Telephone problem) please let us know ASAP.

reliance fixed line phone — Phone is not working

I have very much problems from my Reliance Landline phone no is[protected], we are running placement consultancy & we take plan of 331 for using of Landline & RIM phone call free. I am using this connection since last 21 months i am taking regular dead phone problem in this phone some time it dead for 2 to 6 hour in every week. i was done so much complaint through company call centes, directly to reliance office & working staffs also they never give me response for that. always they told u register your compliant in call center only. I was distribute this no as my office no appox 25000 people so there are not any possibility for disconnect this phone.

My this no is dead since 13th Feb-2010, i registerd four complaints & two personal visit in reliance local office situated at Near Janjeerwala square, new palasia its corporate office for connectting the customers.

Here no one give me response & till this time when i am writing this mail my phone is dead. I am taking minimum Rs. 25000/- Rs. loss of my business in last four days, my goodwill also losting if the candidates or our clients are contacting us on this phone. me & my staff whole day taking follow-up only for this phone connection. So i am having very much losses near about Rs. 35000/- encluding the manpower cost.

I hereby request to you note my complaint & give us solution.
