Reliance Living — Delivery of damaged product

I had purchased a coffee table and TV unit from Reliance Living, Mantri Mall on 17/08/2011. They promised to deliver the products in 2 days. But they delivered only Coffee table on 4th day and told TV unit will be delivered in weeks time. They didnt update on the status even after that week and niether they respond to my call. After my visit to their store and complaining they deliverd the TV unit on 07/09/2011. The edges were broken and installation was not done properly. Even thought I have complained and called them many times there is no hopes from Store. Its a terrible mistake of mine to purchase furniture from Reliance.
