Myself and Reliance Living (Mantri Mall, Bangalore) came to an agreement on Mar 3rd, 2012 for setting up modular kitchen to my home at an amount of 2,15,000 Rs. As part of the agreement, I paid 60% as initial payment. On arrival of the goods on Apr 3rd, I paid remaining 40% balance amount. As per the agreement, Reliance supposed to complete the kitchen installation within 7 days from the time of final payment. But it is more than 4 months of my final payment, Reliance is still unable to finish my kitchen installation.

Dear Designated Sir/Madam,

On 6th of Nov 2012, I have credit amount of Rs. 1259.40 against exchange product from Reliance Living Furnishing, Mantri Mall, Bangalore. This credit note is valid for one month. However, I lost the slip which they have given to me so I revisited the showroom to issue me duplicate to purchase the product before validity dies.

The executive in counter and Manager on duty (we recognize each other) refused to help on this. I understand the reason they gave saying if someone else come to claim for it. o, I request if so please fwd the claimer to me or provide my credit after a month over as its very obvious that nobody can be valid to claim this credit note.

They bluntly refused and told me 'No, we cannot do anything'.

I would never visit this shop for sure. Just I did as I purchased various products (MacBook, Phlips Shaving kit, mobile, books, kids products etc) from their outlet in Cunningham road, Bangalore where I have never faced such treat.

I am sure outlet like Reliance is professional and should be having other way to return customer's money which they do not own. I completely this is just meeting wrong person at wrong time which is so unprofessional.

This amount is not big but this is consumer right to claim own money and I would not let this happen with next person in future.

Please advise and help.

Regards,
Yang Chen
