I have my own compliant. Plot no. 20 at Ayuwan Singh Nagar, Maharani Farm Durgapura is situated at just behind mu house. This is a double story house and at the time of construction it was not constructed to bear a Mobile Tower. I have made complaint to local Police, Nagar Nigam, SDM City, and in a Court. The matter is in progress at all the above places. The Reliance Communication has selected the above house for mobile tower without consulting local people and with some vested interest. I again rrequest to the Reliance Communication to restrict them self from the above

With reference to the above matter we would like to bring few lines to your kind notice that we have intimated to BBMP Yelahanka and Joint commissioner of Betrayanapura to take appropriate action to remove the Mobile Tower fixtures lying in the empty site NO.58 next to House NO.27, 57, 68 where we are presently staying. Since one year tower fixtures are lying in the empty site no.58 full of Mobile fixture has become a ideal place & houses for rats & other dangerous creatures like snakes lizards etc. & it is become mosquito and dog menace hub. There are many problems like harmful effects of EMR/RFF Radiations which emits from the Mobile Towers and that kind of Towers not allowed in the Residential areas as per Government Norms. The Reliance Communication and owner of the site have decided to errect of mobile tower without consulting neighbors. We would request the authorities to initiate necessary and appropriate actions against the site owner.

We humbly request the authorities to kindly visit the area & take necessary actions to enable us live in this area in peace.

We hope you will not allow to install such mobile towers within the houses where some type of pollution affects general health of the public. Any site owner can construct his site the way he likes provided there is no harm to the surrounding people. In this regard we request you to kindly make arrangement to remove the fixtures considering the young children health and disturbances will arise. Please note this Mobile tower is being raised from ground level.

Mobile Towering Hazards
The Science has already warned us in strong terms that mobile phone has adverse effect on our health for its emission of electro-magnetic radiation each time we receive a call single. Just imagine if one single unit of mobile set can cause bad effect on our health in due course of time, then what would be the outcome of bombardment of signal impulses which lead to ceaseless emission of electromagnetic radiation in larger density by transmitting towards our residences and Mobile companies keep on erecting Mobile towers by paying a few thousand to the site or building owners but they never bother to take opinion or permission from the concerned authorities and immediate neighbors whose health and safety is equally at risk for that towering system as these mobile towers are being erected at ground and secondly BBMP warned all the residents to keep neat and clean area near to the residence to avoid all types of insects, rates, straw dogs making their day today shelters which are of course harmful to the public and trespassers. Law must be formed the company should formally obtain the permission of the people residing within the radius of at least 500 meters prior to installation of such towers on ground as they may fall due to earth quack, weighty winds and poor workmen ship. Little thousand rupees as rent now but serious sickness later is not a fair deal between the company and site or building owners. There is a circular passed on 02/03/2005 to install mobile tower in residential area but how far this circular is considered considering the safety of the immediate neighbors, young children trespassers, animals and beautiful birds of the area.

We are also victims of Reliance Mobile Tower adjacent to our Building. We had appealed to the owners of the adjacent building and brought to the attention of the civic authorities and ward counselor but they are of no use. The tower is commissioned and the people in adjacent building are Navi Mumbai Merchants Association. There is a SBOA Public School and a Children's Nursery school. We had submitted an objection letter from our building supported by signatures of Head of these Institutions. But none is bothered. While Shri. Anil Ambani is publishing in the papers about Gas issue and seeking Public Interest, what is his company doing? Is this Tower built based on Public Interest??

I am very sorry to write that work for errection of tower started in Feb, 2009 and till then i have not received a single installment for the rent. I have contacted your executive time and again but since then he is assurring that you will get payment within ten days. Now eight months have been passed.
