[Resolved]  Reliance Mobiles — Recharge not Working | No Action Taken

Hello,
My prepaid connection number is 91-[protected] and I've recharged it several times but it never shows the balance. The last time I recharged it was 18th December,2009 at 11:50:04 am. But then also, when I try to call someone, it says,"You have insufficient balance. Please recharge your prepaid account.". I am very disappointed with these errors of Reliance.

Reliance Mobiles — Recharge amount successful but no usage.

I am Sathish Kumar, resident of Hyderabad, having the reliance mobile with number [protected]. I generally go for Unlimited STD offer for Rs.799 every month. This time I missed the last date or recharge and planned to recharge it the next day i.e; 11/06/09. So, I paid the amount at one of the e-recharge center and as the server was down, I was told that it will be recharged soon. Later I confirmed from that person that it was successful, yet I didn't receive any message for that. When I called customer care, I was told that there is no plan of Rs.799, there is only Rs.999 plan for unlimited R2R STD. So, I checked with the e-recharge person and as per him, it was successful, so took the proof from him and went to Reliance web world. They launched complaint against it and told that they will get back to me next day.

But, I didn't receive any reply from them. When I called them back on 12/06/09, I was told that it is still processing and told me get back after an hour. Again I contacted them, they said that there is no plan of Rs.799 and to activate the account I need to go for plan Rs.999 and this Rs.799 which I paid will be collapsed and I will not get it returned. It is of no use.

My question is, If there is no plan of Rs.799, how the recharge was successful?? If it was successful, I need to get some benefit out of the amount I paid, atleast the talktime or free STD minutes worth the amount I paid?? How can I leave that amount simply in vain without any use out of it? Please take a serious look at this complaint and let me know what can be done? It has been already two days, still struggling to get the solution. Thanks.

We can use 799/- offer only once in a life time for a reliance number. After that we can use only 999/- offer.

I mean we can not recharge with 799/- more than once. For the first time 799/- will work but from the 2nd time 799/- wont work. We should rechange with 999/- only.

Is that happend to u when u r recharging for the first time or ...???
