Dear Sir/Madam
My Reliance GSM no. [protected] has been causing very low speed network connections consistently for the last 45 days.It is about 336 bytes/sec. that is very very very low to our hope.But there was company customer csre said speed near about 10kb/sec. I have contacted my local Customer Care Executive but they are not ready to register my complain saying you have already registered a complain regarding network connection. This is not a logic to reject my complain because when second time shortfall in network connection takes place then why second time this complain will not be registered. I had a very good opinion and experience about Reliance GSM service earlier but it is loosing my confidence for the last few days. No body from the company side is ready to solve my problem. This inefficiency of solving problems does not reflect the positive side of Reliance GSM Service. I am hardly able to be connected by the Customer Care Executive as they don't receive the calls easily also the network connection makes me unable to have a detail discussion with them.So my opinion is either company solve this problem or banned this service immediately.Otherwise lots of money of our customer will spend harassment.
please do something for this problem.

Hi, Reliance is cheating me on GPRS.I'm paying Rs303 per month for internet but many times after paying it don't give the internet connection for 4-5 days .When I complained to customer care they say we are working. When I ask them to give me the period of 4-5 days that not connected to internet they say they won't give me.They are cheating and take my money for no service.please help me.

After complaining here, I got a call from RCOM customer care on '23/12/2011'. After hearing my problem the customer care executive send me a sms with service request number :[protected] and assured me to resolve my problem within 3 days.
But today ('31/12/2011') i got a call from reliance Mumbai customer care and told me that 'They only process handset related problem" and they cant help me and send me a sms that "My service request number :[protected] is processed". So my problem still not solved.
So I am switching to TATA DOCOMO GPRS, and now I am getting speed what they are promising in their website.

The worst gprs provider on the earth. Poor customer satisfaction and bad connectivity. I got a download speed of 3kbps. Thanks to airtel for 25-30kbps. All my friends switched to idea and airtel. And more will...-Aireez(j&k)

Reliance Smart — Gprs
Hi,I am complainingon behalf on my mother who is using Reliance-smart sim from past 3 yrs.she activeted her gprs on 8th of april but till 8th of may gprs was not in working condition.i complained all the time but no action is taken by then technicle person, but after 8th of april my gprs service is started and they not increasing my grace period which i was lost due to there fault.
