Dear Sir,
On 14/12/2011, I was activated Reliance Smart Rs 99 2G GPRS pack ( 6GB for 1 month ) in my phone. After that when I am using internet in my computer by using mobile phone, I am getting only 30 - 50 kbps browsing speed, and unable to download anything.
The customer care executive told me ' You can get 28 - 32 kbps browsing speed in 2G GPRS connection.' So it is normal, they cant do anything....

in entire north Bihar your GPRS service is worst.Iam unable to
