dear sir, im frm durgapur.ive one smart prepaid and one post paid number.but in durgapur some places ur network service very poor.i think this is not a ordinary problem.and second is some songs r not play like caller tune..i complaint your customer care servicess.but not solve my problem.therefore i unsub my caller tune...and also your all customer care executive r not sensitive there duty.
