[Resolved] Reliance Smart Postpaid — Unable to discontinue the connection | |
I had taken up a smart connection in Bihar/Jharkhand Circle.Recently i have been transferred to Kolkata, West Bengal.Due to some urgent calls expected on the number, i kept the number active keeping in mind that i have to bear the roaming charges.No since i no longer require the connection.I visited Reliance Communication office in Dalhousie near THE MOBILE STORE.Over there Somnath an executive advised me that i have to drop in to 35 Chowringhee the reliance office.Later on i called on the reliance customer care.To my suprise he advised me to visit an office in park street.Now i am being told to go back to Bihar just to surrender my connection.Which i informed is not practically possible.Yet another surprise the call centre executive tells me to remove the sim card and keep it in the pocket.I reminded him that it's a post paid connection and i would be duly billed regularly.With this he clearly stated that he is unable to help me out.I wonder where do i go now... Reliance Smart Post Paid Mobile connection — Address Change
I was using postpaid connection from Reliance Smart company at Indore, later on my transfer to Bhopal, in December 2009, I submitted all required documents at Reliance Center, New Market, Bhopal to get my address change from Indore to Bhopal. I was not given any receipt and was assured that address change process will be completed within 3 days. But to my surprise, I didn't receive bill in month of January 2010, I inquired from company's center & I was informed that I have not submitted any documents to company & that I have to submit all documents again. As I dont have any other option I deposited all documents second time in month of January 2010. In the month of February 2010 again I didnot receive my bill, on inquiry I was again answered that I have not submitted required documents, again i submitted all required documents third time to the company in month of March 2010 but till date my address has not been changed, I have also made an email to company but till time I have not receive any communication from their side.
