[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Prepaid — out going and incoming calls barred

my prepaid samrt no: [protected] which was active since Aug 08 is now facing the problem of call barring (both incoming and outgoing) without any prior intimation. there is no problem of network or balance amount. this is happening for the second time and the same is not getting attended or cleared even after repeated reminders. please do the needful to clear the fault as soon as possible and give details of the same.
