3 days before at about 5:20 am, my reliance mobile prepaid provider made unauthorised debit from my balance. After frequent trial for about 90 times, reliance GSM customer care didn't respond my call. Such a bad thing that, even i informed its Talcher dealer, in reply they told, they are also facing the same problem without solution. from my mobile Rs.5/day deduct even i dont use any services i have told to customer care as well as customer care head to deactivate this service but they failure to do the same. now daily balance deducted from last one month.my no is [protected]...

On 22nd JULY i got sms from the number 51234...that is from reliance.. it ststes that:
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).

SUCH TYPE OF DEDUCTION HAD BEEN DONE ONCE WITHOUT MY CONSENT BEFORE.

1999 se mai smart ka sim use kar raha hu, jab se gprs start hua hai tab se mai use kar raha hu, 303 ka e-rech. karane se 30 day ka unlimited net milata hai, lekin mere mobile me 30 me se 15 din to net me problem hota hai, kabhi server down hai bola jata hai to kabhi costmer care se koi jawab nai diya jata, raipur chhattishgarh me maine har mahine kam se kam 15 se 20 bar complaint karna padata hai, agar 10 din net me problem ke karan net use...

with reference to above subject i would like to inform you that i am facing network problem relenace samrt prepaid service and i also like to inform you that when i SMS any one that message is always in outbox the message never send to the person but the charges has been deducted from my account, all staff of my company is facing same problem in siliguri, west bengal my no. my prepaid samrt no: [protected] which was active since Aug 08 is now facing the problem of call barring (both incoming and outgoing) without any prior intimation. there is no problem of network or balance amount. this is happening for the second time and the same is not getting attended or cleared even after repeated reminders. please do the needful to clear the fault as soon as possible and give details of the same....

I have used Reliance smart prepaid sim having mobile No. [protected] from 28th august 2008. But since from 5th september 2008, I am unable to make outgoing calls & also receive any calls. While I am make call it shows connection error.
Please suggest me what to do.

sir smart sim is vary smart. if you one chance active your hello tune then after that do not delete you.if you try to 55300 then you loos your account. but not success.then pls dont active hello tune form smart gsm....
