[Resolved]  Reliance Telecommunication (Cdma) — Activation of Voice chat service without Consent

I am using reliance Telecommunication services since 2003 and my total call cost is more than Rs.100000/- (Rupees One lakh) till date. Presently my number is [protected]. From one and half year I am suffering from unknown deduction from my prepaid account without my consent in the name of voice chat, caller tunes, news etc, and my hard earned money is getting deducted. Last months Rs.30/- is deducted from my prepaid account by the system for Voice chat, which I was unaware, and again this month Rs.20/- is deducted for renewal of that service. Then I came to know about the deduction.

I called customer care centre atleast 15 times but to my agony, nothing concrete happened. Whenever I call customer care number it take atleast 30 minute to make it understand to the customer care executive about my concern. It is really mental torture for me and waste to time and effort. Even executives are not giving complain number i.e. they are not registering my complain. Somehow I convinced one of the executive to lodge my complain. Complain no. is[protected] dated 19/07/2010. He checked and found that there is system problem and system is automatically activating Voice Chat service. He assured me to return back the deducted amount in my account. Till date, amount is not credited to my account. Again I called customer care to find the status of complain and again I got harassed. My Other complain No. is[protected] &[protected].

Even I written to Nodal Officer of Reliance Communication but got only System generated automated Mail as acknowledgment for receipt of my complain. but till date no concrete step has been taken by Reliance.

Company like Reliance is doing such act of deducting a small amount of Rs.50/- is just a shameful act. This is the way Reliance is moving the business. I don’t want to spoil company’s goodwill but company is not taking concrete steps in resolving users concern and providing quality services.
