Sub: Reliance Webstore Ltd Customer care Executive had cheated me in the New Mobile Phone
Hi,
My name is rathin Jagdishbhai Vora.
I have purchased a New Reliance Phone LG RD 3000 phone from Reliance Webstore Ltd. at Gandhinagar on 24/02/2008.
At the Reliance Webstore Ltd I was dealing with one lady customer care executive, her name is “Shilpa Bhatt”.
I have requested her to show me the Dummy models of LG RD 3000 phones.
This LG RD 3000 phone is available in the two models
1. Black Color
2. White Color
My choice is for the Black Color.
So I have told “Shilpa Bhatt” that I want the black color model. At that time of conversation she said ok, and told me to pay the money.
She gave me the sealed LG RD 3000 Mobile phone box, and on the top of that it was showing me the “Black LG RD 3000” phone. The box was sealed so my impression is that inside phone will be same as the cover of the box (which was indicating the Black model of LG RD 3000).
Then I have paid the billed amount through the CITI Bank Credit Card.
The details of the Bill is as follows

Billed Amount: 1523/- Rs
I have paid the bill and came back to Shilpa.
Then she had unsealed the Box, at that time the insider phone was the white LG RD 3000 model.
I said her that I have asked for the Black Model and you are giving me the White model, at that time she told me that they don’t have a Black LG RD 3000 model available at the store.
Then I told her that that is not my problem, please change me the White Model with the Black Model. Then again I told her gently that please change me the model.
Then she told that the reliance has stopped the production of the LG RD 3000 model so it can not be available. Then I told her that she must have told me that when I had asked for the Black model. I told her that please does something because I don’t want this white model.
She told me that she can not do any thing in that, I told her that I want to meet your Manager, she told me you can not meet and he is not sitting here.
I have asked the name of the manager, but she was not ready to tell me that. I have asked for her name, again she had refused to tell me that and she shouted very rudely against me.
She told me in gujarati that “Nikali ja ahiya thi, tare je karvu hoy te kari leje”, means just get out from that place and do what ever you want to do.
I have asked her for the complaint form, she said it is not available here, if you want to complaint then u can go to Ahmedabad. I asked her to give the name of the manager available in Ahmedabad, but she had not told me the name. I had got the name of the Manager from one another customer care executive. The manager name is “Kruti Mehta”.
As a customer my experience was not good and I want some justice in this matter.
Now my humble request to you please helps me in this matter.
