[Resolved]  Reliance Webstore Ltd — data card given to ravi (sales team head) of forum mall bangalore reliance world but now he is not returning my data card

i have given my data card huaweiec325 unpro, purchased on 2/23/2008 from reliance world -brigade road . i could not activate my modem at taht time .
on 13th september i visited reliance world -forum mall bangalore and meet the sales team on the front desk, asked for the reactivation of my modem, they directed me to sales head guy name ravi bearing mobile no [protected], he told that he will help me in reactivation process and no need of going to reliance world -brigaderoad for activation and to leave the modem at his office for rectification from backend office .
yesterday on 24th september, after calling for several time i verified from reliance world-brigaderoad personally, concetned person told that he will activate it .so i called up ravi theguy whome i had given my modem for rectification .now he is telling that he has sold the modem to his dealer and told me to take 1250 rs .
now iam helpless and iam in need of help as iam under loss by giving my boxed packed modem to the guy of reliance world -forum mall, ravi .
i talked to manager, he telling he is not good person and you should not given modem to him .
