Relianceada — Wrong Bill - Irresponsible Customer care and billing department

Hello AP Nodal Officer,/ Reliance

This is to bring to your notice about the wrong billing done for my Reliance Broad net connection:[protected].

The key concern points:

1) Custom call center told that there is a Rs 11000 bill pending for the month of May. ( Excluding the amount of 2000+ which i had already paid in May which itself is for the wrong bill ) . And after 2 days it is mentioned as 8000 .

2) I have been customer to reliance for many years and its surprising to see this huge bill for just one month for a home, single user connection .

3) When inquired about the data usage details, i do not have any details on how this bill is generated, and till not there are no actions made.

4) On 22nd May, I have raised complaints and followed up with mails and calls and there is no use or progress. And to my surprise the 2 requests are closed even without any resolution[protected] /[protected]

5) When question on why the complaints are closed without any correction or reverting back , i have been given irresponsible answers by your staff. And they have opened a new request :

6) Today i got a call again ([protected] ) , and your staff , even without checking the data, details, history, they just say that bill is automatic hence its always right..!!

I am really concerned about this and it has been causing mental pressure and trauma and waste of my precious time due to irresponsible behavior of Reliance Broadband service .

As mentioned in my mails, i am fed up with talking to Reliance using the official channels of email and phone and would like take it to consumer forum of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Please let me know if you can do anything to help me , if so please reply this mail in next couple of hours.
