relianceGSM — world calling card was not working

Dear Sir/Madam,
My mobile number is [protected]. 2 weeks back have recharged the World Calling card for 650rs with talk time of nearly 500rs and night 11 to morning 6 reliance to reliance free with 23 months validity.

I have finished all the talk time amount...but now the problem was am not able to make any free call during the night also. So tried to contact customer care and received that I have to maintain atleast 1rs.

So this seems very cheating of customers because, you are the service providers you are not intimating this before and purposely let the users to finish all the amount and finally saying you are not able to use that offer and let them to recharge again..

This was really bad...becoz am having 2 months validity in that offer. So now what have to do...?

if you are genuine means, you just validate that account with atleast one rupees, but you couldn't do that
becoz your aim was to cheat the customers.

I don't like cheated by some one. So am hardley saying that just add 1 rs to my account to use that offer. Otherwise will quit this service. Big Thanks to you all.

Need a proper explanation for this.
