Reliance/NetConnect — wrong billing plan

sir,

I have purchased netconnect of reliance two months back and selected the silver and gave all the documents required by the company. The executive of company has harrased me at initial stage before activating my connection. After my one week unnecessary excercise they activated the same.

On my first billing they issued me first bill for fifteen days which was not as i selected the plan and shown wrong name on bill as Kamal sodhi instead of Kamalpreet sodhi as per my documents after complaint through your website they corrected the billing amount not name and promised me to correct the plan and name during next bill.

I received my second bill which have the same problem as on first bill. they are again raised excess bill. Please suggest me what should i do. Should i go for disconnection or go to consumer court? I have all the papers and forms which i have filled at the time of connection which were duly signed by the company's executive.
