[Resolved]  Reliance/NetConnect — Regarding not getting proper service

Hello,

I have a Reliance data card 3G withe 15 GB plan. In 23rd June 2012 I have called Reliance customer care regarding slow speed. As per my plan till 15 GB, I should get 7.2 MBPS speed and after that 64 KBPS. When I had called on 23rd June they informed me my services was downgraded. I told them I haven't used 15 GB then they told me may be this is a technical issue and they take complain and gave to 48hrs TAT and told our technical team will get in touch withe you. I haven't received any call and they had called me on 4the July.

Now when I called Reliance to know why 10 days delay to solve my problem and why should I pay for 10 days when my net speed not as per my plan. They are not agree and saying that We cant help you and we wont give you any type of service credit.

Also they are not ready to take any complain as well as not providing their higher authority number as well.

Request you to please take proper action against reliance.
