I Initiated a transfer of some GBP to INR through Remit2India on 6th Oct 2009 and today is 26th Oct 2009, for the last 20 days I am waiting for money and I am not getting any response from them. when I kept on mailing many times I got a reply once saying that the beneficiary account has some problem so they took back the money which they credited and they are holding my money with them for past 20 days. They also asked me to check the account or add a new beneficiary so that they will make the transfer to new beneficiary account. I did what they said but still they have not credited my money to my account. I am very much fed up by the response from company, Either they dont respond properly or they are saying they will solve this issue within 24 hours(but many 24 hours crossed, almost 20 days). I am struggling to get my money. What should I do to get my money as soon as possible. please advice on this.
