I used to transfer dollar using remit2india.com and i referred soem friend and transfer some money from usa to india. Due to all transaction rs, 8000 was accumulated in my mor account. All of certain they removed entire rs. 8000.
I got rs. 3000. Still rs.5000 i suppose to get from remit2india.com. I raised several complains and ticket www.remit2india.com but they are not giving.

I have requested the money transfer on 9th of Jan through ACH transfer mode. 3 days back, i.e. on 11th, the status is changed to transaction in clearing. The website clearly says that it takes 4 days to transfer. When I called customer care, I get the response that the money will be in the account on 17th. The information on the website is misleading and the service is poor. Stay away from this service.

On checking the amt credited to the beneficiary, I found that Remit2India had applied a much lower rate then the expected exchange rate on the day. Please do not use remit2india for transfering money to india. They are cheaters. Initially they keep calling you but once you have done the transaction you will get no email, no response from them. When you call them then they will say that there was so and so error thats why your money hasn't been transferred. Why not inform us then? Dear Sir, You must have take some actions about remit2india, they keep the money for their use and don't debit to the user account on time, It's now 9th day and my money is not transfered yet into my account, there customer service rep are very rude and unprofessional - Ketan and Dinesh from customer service hung up the phone when i asked the late reason of transaction.

Let me explain as to what happened: I did a transaction but later I cancelled it by calling the customer support and now it's more than a month and I did not get my money back. Every time I call them or send them an email they say that are are very sorry for the delay but then nothing happens.

I am not able to log-in with my password. Every time I have to ask for new password through forgot password link and again when you create your own password it never works.
