I made a remittance on 14/01/2010 via Remit2India for $550 and also added MOR Rs 16,500(Money on Referral) amount to the transaction. I received the amount for $550 on January 19, 2010, but I am still waiting for the MOR to be transferred to my A/C. I have send them around 10 emails, I got response for the first one that your query would be resolved in 24 hours, but after that I haven't heard anything from them. I tried calling the Customer Care they say that this can only be resolved by the back end team we don't have access to it.
So now I am not sure what to do and where to complain regarding this company. Was this information helpful? |
