I've got reference of Remit2India by one of my friend. I was in Singapore and wanted to transfer fund to India. So I was exploring the options of sending funds to India when my friend suggested Remit2India.
I wanted to first test how it works and decided to tansfer only 100 SGD instead of a bulk amount. Here from the battle begins.
I never recieved the amount and when asked them about the delay they said they are unable to trace the fund. They asked me to provide the screenshot of the bank transfer page, reference no etc. I gave them all the details I could. I cross verified with my bank also to ensure that the transaction was successful. But neither I received the amount nor it got credited back. My question is if the transaction was successful and they haven't recieved the money as they are claiming (which is very hard to believe) then where is the amount?
Can someone point out what action I should take now?
