Hi Sir,
I transferred some money to India using remit2india.com(which is a times group).
Let me explain as to what happened: I did a transaction but later I cancelled it by calling the customer support and now it's more than a month and I did not get my money back. Every time I call them or send them an email they say that are are very sorry for the delay but then nothing happens.
