Remit2India.com — Discrepancy on transaction rate

I had transfered @2300 to India on Sept 9, 2008. The rate promised on your website was $44.13 however I was given only $43.62. I was told that I have been waived of the transaction fee. However they have charged a transaction fee of Rs 75 for the particular trasaction. When I contacted the customer care servise they denied the fact that they have promised an exchange rate of $44.13, although it is still on their website. I would like to file this complaint for incorrect advertisement and not delivering what is promised, in fact cheating people.
