My neighbour has installed a tower on terrace which is illegal in residential area and without permission of residents. We dont know how she got the permission to install it and even without asking anyone.

I request you people to take action as soon as possible as the tower is just beside my house and help us to remove it. It can cause danger anyone time

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Inder Enclave Phase II Kirari New Delhi–110086 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. Our complaint is specific that, one Mohd Daud, resident of A-317/2, Inder Enclave Phase II, Kirari, New Delhi –110086 had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of 12 feet street residential area of A Block Inder enclave .
When about 100 of residents of A block, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mohd Daud for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the structural defect of his house, Neighbourhoods said your house isn’t able to install Mobile Tower because Your house is very old, there have been multiple cracks in it. Due to leakage in the basement its foundation has become very weak and dangerous. Your house is not able to handle the heavy load of the tower. You have not even taken NOC fire safety due to the street is very congested with narrow space. In this case general rule aren’t following because of low roof height, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential rooms as the radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body.
In spite of this, the said Mohd Daud, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of Inder Enclave, Kirari New Delhi that”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license because I have spent a lot of money to pass a structural map of my building Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. We requested to you Kindly Revisit the Property and verify the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbours and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas. We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter person

Unauthorised constructed building please cancel the permission from mcd department and stop the Installation of illegal RTP in residential area...
