[Resolved]  Renaissance Holdings — Consumer court cases against Renaissance Holdings

Two complaints were filed against Renaissance Holdings Pvt ltd and Prospero Realty Ltd in Indiranagar before IV Consumer Forum.

The complainants, Prabhakar Cruwandhi and Vinay J Bidari had paid up large sums of money for apartments to this firm in Malleswarm.

But it had failed to tell them that there was litigation with their company. Finding them guilty of deficient service, the IV Forum ordered Renaissance Holdings and Prospero Realty to refund Rs 10, 27, 200 to Prabhakar Cruwandhi and Rs 1, 00, 000 to Vinay J Bidari.
